- Rental is subjected to availability
- Full payment is to be made prior to collection of equipment
- Equipment is to be picked up and returned at 201 Henderson Road #09-28. Delivery and pickup is possible, subjected to delivery charges.
- NO Refund, in full or in part, will be given for any equipment that is not utilised after collection
- It is the Rentor's sole responsibility to acknowledge that the equipment is in good working order and free from defects before accepting
- All equipment are to be used for scuba diving, and for certified scuba divers or student diver in a scuba diving course under supervision of certified scuba diving instructor
- For Customers who are not renting to dive with us and first time customers renting equipment from us, there will be a deposit fee equivalent to damage/lost fee
- The Submersibles Pte Ltd & SS Scuba Pte Ltd and its employees, owners, officers, or agents shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages to Rentor which may occur as a result of use of any equipment, and/or of product defect, and/or the negligence of any party
- The Rentor shall reimburse The Submersibles & SS Scuba Pte Ltd for any loss or breakage of any dive equipment
- The Rentor shall return all equipment in clean condition and pay a cleaning fee if not returned cleaned
- The Rentor has to foot a regulator servicing bill of SGD 220 in the event should the regulator's dust cover being not capped properly upon return
