How do I sign up for an upcoming dive or course?

Visit our calendar on the Upcoming Dives/Courses page, browse the events that interest you, and contact us to book your spot. If you have questions or need help deciding, feel free to contact us directly.

Are private courses or trips available?

Yes! We can organise private courses and tailor-made dive trips for individuals, families, or groups. Whether you’re looking for a personal learning experience or a bespoke adventure, contact us to discuss your needs.

How far in advance should I book a dive or course?

Booking in advance is recommended, especially for popular events or limited-availability trips. For courses, we advise signing up at least two weeks prior, while dive trips may require several months of advance planning depending on the destination.

Can I join a course even if I have no prior diving experience?

Absolutely! Many of our courses, such as the PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) course, are designed for beginners. Check the course details in the Start Diving page to see the requirements.

Can I reschedule my course or trip if something comes up?

Yes, rescheduling is possible but may be subject to availability and administrative fees. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Are dive trips suitable for non-divers or children?

Yes, many dive trips offer non-diver packages and family-friendly activities. Check the event details or contact us to confirm if the trip is suitable for your group.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments and PayNow transfers for retail purchases and course bookings made on our webstore. For dive trips, payment is made via PayNow transfers.

What happens if an event is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances?

In the rare case of a cancellation, we will notify participants as early as possible and provide options for rescheduling or refunds. Safety is always our top priority.
